Three young men from Colegio Anglo Americano came to take Gaetanos class,
how cool that kids take interest on fine dinning, table setting and gourmet cooking.
They liked the class so much that are coming back with two other of their friends!
We hope to see their mom's one of this days!

Later in the evening we all enjoyed the the fireworks on the malecon below from our terrace.
