We open our doors with our first class featuring Chef Gaetano with
Cosina Regional Italiana, Whom each class is presenting a different menu from each of the 20 different regions of Italy.
You can join Gaetano every Tuesday at 12 noon for a demonstration class and a full meal for lunch, or at 6pm for Dinner (dinner time has the plus of a espectacular sunset followed for a wild display of colors on the sky)
The price of your class includes a glass of wine, Sometimes we will have a somellier on site and selected wines from Vinos America.
On Thursdays join Artist Fernando Sanchez featuring Historical Mexican Cusine.
